  I cannot describe enough how good the customer service was. I ordered a lip gloss and failed to pay attention to the size in ml. Before the seller posted they contacted me to check I’d understood the order correctly. What refreshing customer service! As if that wasn’t honest enough, they then found my product in the larger size and completed the transaction. Postage was less than two weeks and packaging absolutely superb. All as described and a valued experience. Well done 👏

  My pre-purchase question about the listing was replied very quickly. They take care of you BEFORE the sale. This lippy is in much better condition than expected. It's as though we'd left the counter at Macy's, got in a time machine and popped forward a decade to today. Extremely well wrapped, with very good shipping updates. Only minor thing was the five days it took to get the package to the post. All together this was a very positive purchasing experience and are recommended sellers.
