    Initial order was not delivered and seemed to have been lost in the post but when I contacted the seller, they dealt with the matter promptly and re-sent the order which arrived in 2 days, so a positive outcome and I would order again from this seller

    First time using seller & I will use again if I want plaques as thr plaques are lovely quality well worth the money. They came very securely packaged in a strong cardboard box wrapped in double layer of bubble wrap protecting them from being thrown around in postal system. I was very pleased that it came by tracked postage so I received an email giving me a 2hr delivery slot so I knew when to expect then. I think this seller should be on your list as a top seller lovely design & words.

    Good value for money, wanted them to record favourite recipes in a box so perfect for the job. Arrived quickly & parcel was small enough to go through the letterbox so I did not even have to be available to receive it. Would use this seller again, highly recommend.
