  Seller negotiated offers for several days before accepting an offer, then said "Oops, there was a mistake in the listing. There are only 7 feet of this, not 12 yards", and expected me to accept the 7 feet at the price negotiated.

  There was an error in the listing. Mistakes happen and I didn't expect the buyer to pay the price. I gave them the option to cancel the order which is what I figured they would do then I would relist it with the correct description. Mistakes happen!
