  The shoes arrived quickly and came in mostly good cosmetic condition, however upon further inspection I discovered the shoe outsole coming apart from the insole. I contacted the seller, who promptly replied to my concerns. After sending some photos the seller issued a full refund quickly. Even though these shoes had an issue, I think that’s quite uncommon and I highly recommend them as a reputable vendor!

  The item itself was just as described, packaged well. It arrived quickly and an incredible value. However I’m grateful for the ability to return because it didn’t fit. No fault of the seller.

  Very fast shipping. It was packaged in a plastic wrapped Franco Sarto box and the boots inside did not get damaged. Same as in pictures.
