  The item I purchased and received was exactly as seller described.. brand new and in the box. It was an AMAZING price! Brand new at a department store is about $70 more! It was carefully packaged and I received it earlier than expected! Great transaction!

  This conditioner was never delivered to me. Delivery documentation shows a picture of it being delivered to someone else's house, not mine. FedEx requested that I have the seller file a claim so they could find where this was delivered to, retrieve it, and deliver it to me. However, the seller to date has refused to file a claim or assist in any way, stating instead that eBay will take care of this. Irresponsible seller in my opinion, I will not use again.
