Everything arrived quickly, unfortunately both heels fell off of the shoes within five minutes of use, walking to car, driving and getting out of car. I can't contact seller because the option does not work on my purchase.

The original listing/post stated the shoe size as UK 11, which is equivalent to US W12. This shoe is being returned because it is a US W11. Furthermore, I’m out-of-pocket for the shipping cost; DISAPPOINTED!☹️

I listed a sz 11 and sent a 11. This feedback in UNFAIR. Nobody should get a negative for a buyer mistake of what they think the shoe is Equivalent to, It is morally wrong. Let us treat others as we would like to be treated.
