A padded envelope likely wouldn't have kept the bag from breaking open as it sounds like it may have been defective. I appreciate your candid feedback though and will bag these prior to boxing going forward to help contain the mess if the bag breaks. For future purchases keep in mind we would have sent a new bag to you if you had messaged us.
