  We unfortunately received the UCG missing its power adapter however, the seller was quick to respond, and issued a refund equivalent to the value of a new adapter. Trusted, professional seller.

  Turned out that they did not have the item in stock, but communicated this well and offered me a similar item at a good discount, which is appreciated. The postage and packaging from then on was top notch. Would use again.

  I ordered and paid immediately for a Huepar laser. Shortly after they contacted me and said I had to buy it through a different shop. They then cancelled my order and sent me a new link which I then proceeded with the new order again. I received my order but it wasn’t correct. I would avoid this seller.

  Thanks for your comment and your purchase. A couple of issues you have raised. I requested the reordering as I was migrating some of the listings over to a specialty store and that would be keep my inventory in order. As you have confirmed you received the correct model, albeit one of the accessories (safety glasses) were missing or not as per expectations. I have since corrected the listing to reflect the variation in bundle and would be happy to remediate for the missing glasses. Kindly DM.
