    The communication is very bad I purchased part at £35 very next day was reduced by £10 asked to get refund for difference as my order hadn't come out but absolutely no reply. Then when part came gasket was broken which he did finally reply and said he will send another one but still waiting he has still ignored request for refund will definitely not use again

    Dear buyer, as I mentioned in my message that the Gasket is broken and we sent you a replacement gasket on the same day you told us about the damage. The refund that you demand from us is not a reasonable demand. If you go in a grocery store today and get a bag of crisps for £3 and if tomorrow they put that on offer or reduce the price to £1, you will not go and ask store for the refund of £2 beuase yesterday you bought it expensive.
