    Service was amazing! Shipping extremely quick, DHL are always reliable so my mind was put at ease when I was told that's who they were shipping with. Seller messaged me to let me know what was happening with the shipping process. Most importantly, the description was accurate! It really is BNIB...     Avery high class professional seller, who listens and understands the customer issues. Unfortunately the item which was damaged in transit, or maybe a manufactures fault as it was pristine in all its wrapper. The seller did what he did and under no litigation i found the seller to be profesional, polite, listens fast delivery, and no problems in refunding. I would have no hesitation in buying from him again

    This seller I highly recommend. Not only did he offer me a great deal on a new pen. When I ordered, He was out of stock. I was notified immediately, offered a substitute pen which I already have. He promptly cancelled the order and processed my refund. No complaints, and no drama. Outstanding! Highly recommend. I will use again. Without hesitation.
