  Working with this seller was an excellent experience. Shipped promptly and packaged well. Boots were exactly as described! Unfortunately they didn’t fit my feet and I needed to return the boots. This seller refunded my money really quick. I recommend this seller highly. Thanks for posting.

  I purchased a pair of glasses that were listed as having a prescription, but when they arrived, they were just plain lenses with no prescription at all. The listing was misleading, and I felt totally let down. I did receive a refund eventually, but there was no offer to replace the item or even acknowledge the inconvenience this caused. I expected better communication and accountability. Would not recommend based on my experience.

  Hello. These were sent as described at 1.00 strength. The glasses were marked with that strength. I responded back to the message that day, and sent them a prepaid return label. They threatened me with negative feedback and then asked for an exchange. I will not deal with buyers who abuse and extort the feedback policy. I sent the refund as soon as I picked it up from the post office. Been selling since 2001 and my positive feedback about quality speaks for itself.
