  I bought a keyboard that had a few flaws—one key differed from my original, and the backlight was uneven. After contacting the seller, they suggested transferring the backlight from my old keyboard, which partially solved the issue. The seller also provided a partial refund as well. Overall, communication and cooperation was good, but I recommend inspecting your item carefully upon arrival.

  Item arrived in good condition and as expected, but took a very long time, and the way it was packaged meant it was difficult to get out without damage. Recommend seller uses much much less tape on stuff
