    Recommended seller. Item was as described and New good quality board and components. it is pricey product. Delivered promptly and arrived safely. Good communication with buyer.     There was an issue with an additional Duty ($40) owed that was not identified even after asking if there were any additional tariff charges before placing the order. I was told there were no additional charges due. I had to pay the Duty to get the Power Supplies Delivered. THE GOOD PART WAS I SHOWED THE COMPANY THE EMAIL I SENT TO THEM PRIOR TO ORDERING SHOWING THEM TELLING ME THERE WOULD BE NO OTHER CHARGES. ( IN THE END - THEY PAID THE DUTY THEMSELVES) THAT WAS VERY GOOD CUSTOM SERVICE

    had to pay import duties, which was at first hard to figure out because DHL's site was not exactly user-friendly, but the seller contacted me a few times, telling me that the package was "on hold" ...so, thru persistence I did eventually prevail ;-0 I rated the condition of the item below based on the package, which I have yet to open, but it does seem really well packaged
