  Item description said it was 1.2cm wide, which seemed a bit off from the photo, so I wrote to the seller to confirm if this was accurate because this was important for me. They said yes, so I ordered it, but when it arrived, it was obvious that it was bigger: 2cm, which is too much to be just a measuring error. Seller issued a refund. It was otherwise a good experience: arrived in timely manner, well packaged and the quality was ok, so it was a shame I couldn't use it.

  I received the product last week, two weeks earlier than the estimated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise! The product matches the description perfectly and is of excellent quality. Communication with the vendor was smooth and responsive. Highly recommend!

  Initially, I did have a few difficulties with this bracelet. However, after some conversation back and forth, the issue has been resolved. In fact, the owner resolved it before our agreed wait time. I do believe that this business owner had a struggle to engage initially and then this cause ME my own struggles and made it more difficult to the owner, something I haven’t been able to apologise as yet. However, the owner did improve his engagement and help on what had become a difficult situation.

  Not great communication from the seller. All ok with shipping however wrong item sent along with missing charger, seller offered 20% back however with the wrong item along with missing parts, i countered with 50% which was not acceptable to the seller. In the end, eBay kindly resolved the issue by askig the seller to send return shippin labels and this transaction was fully refunded to the buyber (me). Thank you eBay @Seller, Sorry but you did send me the wrong item with missing parts.

  All went better than I expected as the delivery was very quick and the item arrived not quite as advertised as a piece was missing (a rubber O ring/ washer) but I was able to substitute one that I got locally and the clock mechanism works perfectly. The seller is one that after my experience with them I would have no problem buying from them again.

  Unfortunately the package could not be sent because of customs regulations, but shenghuocon helped me process the cancellation, gave me a full refund and a good review. A great ebayer.
