  Shipping was quick! Item arrived without damage. I appreciated there being no plastic packaging materials as I’m trying to reduce my plastic waste. Item was exactly as described!

  Everything about the transaction was good except the item wasn't packaged very well. This is a vintage piece of electronic equipment...a disk drive sensitive to impact. It was in a box with individual crumpled pieces of newspaper. Not wrapped in newspaper or bubble wrap (which would've been better)...just in the box with a bunch of pieces of crumpled newspaper and not packed very densely. It's important to pack well because shippers don't care. Box was crushed by shipper. Please pack better.

  Sewing machine was questionably packed though somehow survived shipping. Machine was missing the entire stitch pattern mechanism, which was not noted in the listing. Seller was quick to respond and helped resolve the matter with a partial refund.
