I contacted the company through the ebay system twice but received no response. I found a helpline number on the assembly sheet. Phoned them, the call was answered immediately by a lovely chap who was really helpful. The missing parts arrived today. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** For replacement of missing parts, use the company's helpline for help, rather than the ebay system. :o)
