    Got the unassembled bicycle 2 days early everything was professionally wrapped up wasn't the slightest scratch anywhere that makes a big difference these days I've only ordered from eBay twice I will be ordering from them many more times

    Sending this one back and having some difficulty with supplier over refund first chair ordered by mistake when told the second chair was sold out so both chairs came a week apart boxed up first chair and are waiting for address return label. Will let you know how it turns out.

    Poor communication. Item was shipped in two different packages… with two different shipping carriers (UPS and Fed Ex). Packages arrived 7 days apart from one another. Other than that the items were as described.

    Dear buyer Regarding the number of packages, the product was indeed sent out in two packages because the batteries cannot be sent together with the chairs We use a cheaper logistics channel for the batteries, so it will be slower. I am sorry to have delayed you for so long. I have communicated with the logistics department and upgraded the delivery channel. I believe that I will not encounter similar problems in the future.
