  So I ordered 25" flag pole But never received the item. However the seller did send a package containing a DVD player that I didn't order. I contacted the seller who apologized. They indicated to return the item if it was returnable (i have no idea what is and isn't returnable) so i asked if I were to return it them whom should the package be addressed and to what address should i send it to. I received no other response.

  Didn't receive the what I ordered, but contacted seller and was able to get full refund. Had to send other package back, but he provided shipping label. Appreciated this matter getting resolved.
