  Product was as described, good communication from this seller. Order was going to be a little late, and i was compensated with an extra pen refill for my trouble. Would buy from this seller again.

  Never received item. Requested tracking info. Was told i would be given tracking info once back in office. 3 days later havent received info. Do NOT recommend seller. Terrible communicator. Not sure they ever even sent my purchase.

  Buyer selected free shipping which clearly states up to 10 days for delivery. Started complaining about not receiving package 4 days after purchase (including a weekend) then demanded a refund which was immediately provided. Buyer very difficult. Feedback uncalled for.
