  I am a Long time ebayer and pro seller; this is horrible, item took 2 weeks to be dispatched by their " business partner" . then magically showed delivered at 10am one day, signed by someone who Ive never heard of. I have full camera and security and a ups route that runs every evening at my store. Seller was no help to prove where they shipped it and help with UPS. They are running decoy deliveries , buyer beware on high dollar items.
