    While the part numbers for some of the circuit breakers that I received were not what I had paid for, all the circuit breakers that I received were in original packaging and appeared, as indicate in the listing, to be new. I wanted 15 of the 5 amp breakers that were listed, 10 were correct but the other 5 were not. The seller was quick to respond when I pointed out this discrepancy and offered a solution that was fair and reasonable. Thank you

    Whirlpool Part #WPW10185982 (timer) was received in good quality. The plastic wrapping package was not sealed, so I cannot verify if the part is new or refurbished but appears to be new. Definitely OEM as verified by the branding of "Robertshaw" and "Invensys" stampings. When installed and working is definitely a good value. The item and was shipped in a timely manner; however, bubble wrap should have been used in the box that the item was shipped in. Good seller. Would recommend this seller.

    Order was as described, received promptly and packaged well. There was a manufacturing problem with the product. Upon notification, the seller offered a replacement item which I accepted. I have since received the replacement which is exactly what I expected. The seller has earned my respect and I will definitely order from him again. 5 stars all the way.

    A+ Seller sent EXACTLY what was sold! I'm including a photo of the old/broken loader valve for comparison. Shipping began on the day of sale. Item arrived two days early, and packaging was exceptional. Thank you CobraCache!!!

    The shipping was not free, & arrived via USPS. I have weekly issues here, with USPS. I was not thrilled to pay for the shipping, given the poor history of USPS delivery service here. It took longer than expected, to arrive. It arrived well packed, in a sturdy box to protect it. The item was as described, with the proper finish. Only the escutcheon trim, had a minor flaw in it. I found this exact item, in a different finish, for much less, & free shipping. Still better value than buying it new.
