"Three bucks" to ship is a discounted rate. I paid the rest of the actual shipping cost which would was actually $4.58. $1.58 out of my profit on a $10 item doesn't leave much profit. Ebay requires tracking with every item shipped. This is as cheap as it could have shipped. I barely made $4. I am sorry the PO keeps jacking up the prices. Maybe Trump will privatize it and it will run more efficiently. Merry Christmas.
