  Though the wrong item was sent, the seller was very generous and gave a full refund in addition to letting me keep the switch. (I ordered a 48 port Juniper EX3300 and received a 24 port model instead.) Many thanks to this seller for resolving this issue in a professional and timely manner!

  Video card was advertised and in described used condition. I would have liked to see the card packed in anti static shipping materials. Box was pretty beat up but video card is working in my computer!

  Excellent seller! The HP EliteDesk G3 Mini arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described, and was well-packaged. Fast shipping, too! (Tip for future buyers: if you need to reset the BIOS password, simply remove the pass jumper on the motherboard.) Highly recommended!

  Computer arrived well packed and in a timely manner. Works great once I got around the BIOS password. The seller did not respond to my email about it. While it was sold for parts and is a great fixer-upper, it would've been nice if the seller disclosed it beforehand or responded to my emails. Non-communication is the only issue I have.
