  I can only say that I didn't receive the anodes but when I emailed the company, they answered quickly and refunded my money. They believe the item was lost in the mail. Took care of my issue promptly. Shipping time I only gave a 1 but that wasn't the fault of the seller. I can't give an item description since I didn't receive the item but the seller communication was fast and again, they refunded my money.

  Excellent condition, and they were packaged extremely well! Thank you for the super fast shipping, and not for selling an item that you didn’t already have in stock….I bought 2 other auctions for the same bowls and both backed out on the same day saying “I’m sorry I broke one” and “I don’t know when they will get shipped to me”. That’s bogus, and I am grateful for sellers like you who have integrity!

  Sorry for delay in feedback, very confused on shipment. I received item days ago as an Amazon drop shipment (which I didn't know was happening) yet USPS sent me an email stating that the same item was out-for-delivery today 4-7-25 so very confused on the tracking and paper trail of shipment. But I am happy with the item. I wish sellers would list that they do Amazon drop shipments. Quick shipment, fair price, just what I wanted.
