    Item is beautiful and as described! Was packaged perfectly, carefully folded and wrapped in tissue; arrived read to wear. Great value. Was shipped promptly but arrived kind of slow considering shipping charge.

    The packaging was good and the shipping fast. The price was fair. The msanufacturer described the color as dusy rose. The seller said the color was pink and it looked pink on my monitor. However it is more of a mauve which I did not want.

    this purchase experience had it all! the item was in near perfect used condition - the actual scuffs shown in the pictures were negligible under normal lighting the initial delivery was missing a shoe tree - seller was quick to respond and found the missing shoe tree which was delivered as soon as possible with minimal hassle
