  I like this brand of wool. It is of good quality and great value. The wool arrived vacuumed packed, and the packaging was in good condition. I ordered this colour before and the appearance is like for like on sellers page. This seller dispatched the item on time but royal mail unfortunately didn't deliver until the day after the expected date. I wasn't desperate but royal mail are not as reliable as they used to be.

  The item arrived at reasonable time period, definitely satisfied. The package and item were in perfect condition. The item looks just as described in the picture. As I tested it, the cutter is sharp and cuts precise pieces of thick paper. Wonderful seller and great value item, recommended.

  received full order of many balls of wool, all arrived in perfect condition and itemised. Delivery was safe - driver took the time to come back when the shop was closed yesterday. Great communication all the way from seller and from Royal Mail Yarn is good quality and well priced for those avid knitters like me

  I ordered this item to be delivered to a different address from mine but when it arrived it was not the right yarn. I contacted the seller and the matter was resolved quickly resulting in the correct yarn being received a few days later and a prepaid posting label was provided for the incorrect yarn to be returned. I would be happy to use this seller again.

  A great Seller. Super quick dispatch, and quick delivery. The Craft Box, was packed to perfection. Plenty of Bubble Wrap, and secured in a strong Box. Excellent Seller, who I would buy from again, and very much recommend.
