The wool arrived vacuumed packed, and the packaging was in good condition. I ordered this colour before and the appearance is like for like on sellers page. This seller dispatched the item on time but royal mail unfortunately didn't deliver until the day after the expected date. I wasn't desperate but royal mail are not as reliable as they used to be.

The item looks just as described in the picture. As I tested it, the cutter is sharp and cuts precise pieces of thick paper. Wonderful seller and great value item, recommended.

I contacted the seller and the matter was resolved quickly resulting in the correct yarn being received a few days later and a prepaid posting label was provided for the incorrect yarn to be returned. I would be happy to use this seller again.
