    This item and the others in the group were secured for a sizeable diorama I'm attempting of a WWII 8th USAAF bomber station in the UK. All products selected have been well-packaged, promptly sent and safely delivered. All products are as advertised and a welcome addition to this effort. This vendor and the others I've accessed in this project are all first-timers for me, but I would use or recommend any or all in future. Thanks!!

    This seller went above and beyond to take responsibility when the delivery service marked my item as delivered several days before I actually received it, by issuing a refund. When I notified them that the item had been delivered, finally, they refused to take payment for it. I’d buy from this seller again in a heartbeat, and recommend everyone to do so, they are the absolute best!

    I received this item on time through Amazon shipping, but I’m so disappointed that the seller didn’t put it in an envelope, plastic wrap, or anything. The color sleeve for the pattern is covered with shipping labels over the pictures that I need to see to put the pattern together. I will look up pictures online when I need to. On a positive note, this was a great price for this pattern!
