I started out in a little shop selling & repairing vacuum cleaners & sewing machines for the neighborhood. I believe in service with a smile. If you need something or you have advice please contact me. I want this to be the best sewing & vacuum site on eBay. I also sell & stock Lampe Berger lamps & fragrance. I am located in Massachusetts and carry all major brands.

About Miele vacuum cleaners:

Once upon a time, there was a young woman named Sarah who lived in a small apartment. She was always busy with work and school, so she didn't have much time to clean. As a result, her apartment was always a mess.

One day, Sarah's friend told her about Miele vacuum cleaners. She said that Miele vacuum cleaners were the best on the market, and that they would make cleaning her apartment so much easier.

Sarah decided to give Miele a try. She went to the store and bought a new Miele vacuum cleaner. When she got home, she started cleaning her apartment. She was amazed

The seller reached out prior to shipping my order and requested photos of my vacuum and hose. He advised me the item I ordered was slightly different than what I needed.     Item arrived clean and in good condition even though the box was unfortunately poorly taped and arrived open . The price was acceptable in light of the inability to purchase this item in my area.

    Sells items they don't have, then orders the items from elsewhere after you purchase. Blames it on external factors rather than understanding they need to have what they are selling before selling it. Ships your item long after it's supposed to be delivered. Uses photos of genuine products and then sells you knock off generics. Doesn't respond to return requests and locks up your money until eBay has to take action on their behalf. Replies to negative feedback with more excuses.
