I emailed to complain and they apologised and offered a 35% refund which I accepted as the price was ok and I can't be bothered to send it back as the item looks and feels ok and delivery was fast too.

I ordered this item in good faith but the seller had falsely advertised that it was 100% pure Egyptian cotton 200 thread count but when I received my order it was not as described and just polyester or mixed fibre . I contact the seller to make them aware. they were very poor in their response tried to barter the refund starting at 25% of the value of the item against eBay buyer protection only offered a full refund when I said I would report them !I Reported to eBay
