Laptop I received was like-new, both batteries fully operational and screen only has a singular bright white pixel as compared to other models with many bright white spots on their displays. Overall experience with seller was fantastic and I would buy from them again any day!

Good communication, they packaged both machines into one box well, very neat for being used and does not deviate from description. Highly recommend them
