  NOT as described completely different item was sent to me. I ordered the moose hat, and a nugget casino hat ( which I hate!) was sent to me instead: shipping, packaging, value was fine except I did not receive what I ordered and I have to believe it was done deliberately because they are completely different and not at all the same. Would like to receive the item I paid for!!!! Not what was sent to me!

  Thank you for the item and getting it out to me quickly. The only suggestion I would make to you as a seller would be…to clean the item. The machine was pretty dirty, sticky and gross. I understand that I was buying a used item but honestly I was disappointed when I opened the box and found the machine in the conditioned that I described. I am sharing this in hopes that it helps you become an EXCELLENT seller. Thank you again, take care.
