  Once I received my item and I installed the grille in my SUV it was overlapping and not sticking very well in the corner. That same day I received a message from them asking me how the item was. I told them I was not happy with the item due to a corner was overlapping and not sticking. They requested pictures and got back with me, with some great news I wasn't expecting. I would be receiving another grille from them with no extra cost. Highly recommend them, very responsible and professional.

  These guys are great, I had a porch pirate snatch my item and soon as I let them know without hesitation they reached out and offered to send me another.   The item seems great unfortunately the product arrived damaged. Which I would not say is the sellers fault. The box arrived looking as though it was kicked to its destination. Basically the only thing holding the box together was the tape wrapped around it. The product is great unfortunately it appears the shipper did not put a lot of care into the shipping aspect of this transaction. Thanks, Tony.
