  People complain that he charges $1 to ship whereas there is no physical shipping in this transaction. He explains that this because he has put some number there due to Ebay policies. So, he put the minimum allowed. I offered $1 less and he accepted. This is a great Ebay seller. I downloaded the manual. Looks good. Thank you.

  Seller came through with a 99 page PDF of the owners manual which I received via email. This is the cheapest item I've ever purchased on ebay and well worth it! Pictures aren't as clear as a hardcopy but all the technical information is in there.
