    Very, very pleased with this seller. I ask a pre-sales question which they answered quickly and courteously. My order arrived on-time and as advertised. Everything was in excellent condition and well packed. While testing I found one of the included drives had failed. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they shipped out a replacement. Based on this positive experience, I ordered another server from them at work and am equally happy with it's condition. 100% Happy
