  Had an issue with one of the arm's missing a part, offered the seller to return the unit, they said they would send a replacement, reminded them after a week or so that I had not seen the tracking info for the return, they sent it out promptly. Replacement unit was perfect. All in all, good transaction and very happy with how it turned out.

  i got the dell server came verify clean no problems one, of the server RAM card was defective , the seller was able to ship new card and I replace it and everything work great, the price was very good, i will defiantly order again from this seller. they serer looked clean no issue.
