  Sold to me as "NEW and Unopened." Evan, sent me a damaged unit with a bad handle assembly and missing coil bolt. I sent Evan 7 messages BEFORE this feedback. I had to GLUE and DUCT TAPE the whole handle assembly and find a similar bolt from an old Garrett to hold on my coil. He ignored my request for a new handle and said he sent new and said return it. Fast shipping,good price (if it was undamaged,) deceptive description, poor service. Thank you very much.

Everything arrived exactly as shown and listed, and the seller "Serious Detecting" did an outstanding job packaging the factory box by DOUBLE-BOX packing/shipping which I appreciate as it adds extra protection during shipping. Everything inside works perfectly and I just finished updating my New Nokta Legend software to Version 1.15 from the version it arrived from the factory with (V1.13.) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5 STARS!!

  Excellent seller! I bought used as it was the only way I could budget in the Legend. I asked the seller for more details and they explained their expectations and verifying the Legend to me! My confidence in their used was assured. I got exactly what was pictured and listed, and purchasing was exceptional. In today’s world buying used, and online can be very scary! Serious Detecting is a very reputable company! I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking! The detector is unbelievable!!!!

  I received the pinpointer very quickly . Unfortunately it was not the device I thought i was looking for and had to return it basically immediately . They accepted the return and processed a refund just about immediately upon receipt of the returned item . I would buy from them again they’ve got a good reputation and they do what they say they will do .

  I just can't say enough positive things about this seller. All the forums said nokta had an amazing support staff and they were all telling the truth. These guys make it right if for some reason there's an issue with quick response time and fast shipping.   I accidentally ordered the item to the wrong address, and within minutes they were able to cancel my order and allowed me to refund my money and reship it! Very good communication on their part, and the order went smoothly and arrived quickly after my mistake!
