    Seller provided prompt refund after an absurdly arduous delay in FedEx delivery became an ordeal of waiting to see if Fedex would locate the item with a System Trace (it didn't). I recommend the seller for his integrity. But FedEx is an awful, insecure US-based delivery service. This isn't my first experience of FedEx losing track of a valuable item during international shipment.
