  Item was shipped and I got it in 2 days. The fastest shipping I've ever had. It did come damaged but was the fault of the shipping company. That didn't matter because the sender sent me a replacement that I got 2 days later. Great communication and customer service. Thank you again.

  I ordered arear wiper motor for my Kia Sorrento but up on arrival the wiper motor was broken in two places. I took a picture of the broken wiper motor and send the pic back to the vendor. The vendor immediately replied to me that he will resend me a replacement. I couldn't believe in this age to find a vendor like that. I sent him another mail saying that ; if you are going to charge me again for the replacement, I told him to keep it but he can send me if it is without charge. While waiting.

  Artikel kam früher als geplant an. Der Artikel ist neu und sehr gut verpackt. Keine Beschädigungen oder sonstiges. Der Verkäufer meldet sich zeitnahe und ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich mal wieder was brauche, dann bestelle ich wieder bei ihm. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
