  Hello there please I contacted you sometime ago about the batana oil i bought from you. The delivered it to the post office at my address but there was no confirmation code because they didn't send me any messages of delivery. And therefore the post office posted the item back to you in some weeks ago but I have still not received back my refund or resend the item back to me for all this while. So please if you have received the item then you need to resend the item back again if you don't mind
