  First. The item was not what was described. When I asked for a refund they asked me several times to settle instead of sending me the shipping label. They reported that they sent a label when they, in fact, did not. The wished me a good weekend and said I would have to waait til Monday at 4pm in Friday CST. They are abusive and deceptive.
