    Burner initially arrived without the tubes, gaskets, and screws, but after contacting the seller, they apologized for sending the burner by itself, saying that they sell it both ways, with or without the tubes, gaskets and screws and that they just made a mistake and grabbed the wrong one off the shelf. They then quickly sent the rest of the parts. Good customer service. Parts match the originals and work as they should.

    Been looking for this window vent to replace a damaged one in an aging, still working, De'Longhi A/C . So lucky to have found this seller, as NO ONE ELSE had it. It perfectly fitted the window bracket (also bought from this seller)! Received it brand new, exactly as pictured in photo, good price, well packed and shipped promptly. Couldn't be happier!     I have installed the capacitor, and it worked flawlessly. A/C works now, wife is happy, I am out of the doghouse, so I am happy too! Thanks again!
