The book I received (the HB copy) arrived in a timely fashion, securely packaged, and in outstanding condition! An enclosed note, along with a cash refund apologetically explaining why the PB copy was missing, was also sent. Suffice to say, in summary, that this was an excellent transaction with a very courteous and thoughtful Ebay seller!! Thank you and thank you Scout for the "special bookmark"!!!
