    Product was exactly as described in the picture. Packaging was excellent and withstood international shipping. There was a slight delay in U.S. Customs, but it reached the U.S. and would have arrived on time without that delay. I would purchase from this seller again.

    Item arrived in new condition as described in the listing. However the external packaging was clearly inadequate as it had obviously fallen apart during the shipping and had been extensively taped up to keep it together. It is an expensive item and I feel it should have been better shipped. Very good quality item as expected from Playmobil and the children enjoyed building it.
