    Baby gate arrived in good condition however, the packaging from the carrier that delivered it had holes in it. Some of the hardware was missing due to the handling from the time it was sent until the time it reached me I notified the seller and he is currently working on trying to find me some spare hardware pieces. Value was great for the product product would have arrived as described. Had it not been for the handler who delivered it.. As I stated seller is working on getting missing parts.

    The shipping time a horse and mule could have beaten. The seller shipped but the item sat for 6 days before moving. It was well packaged and was as described by the seller. It was a great value to me as a Subaru one cost $180..+.thanks to the seller on delivering a great product at a great price. The item fits and look great.

    Received this item damaged. Package was crushed in shipping and handling. Contacted the seller. He attempted to to find a replacement. When he was unable to do so, he promptly provided a full refund. Good Ebayer.. Good communication and did right thing to resolve issue. Would buy from this seller again.

    The shipping was fantastic and the packaging was well done there was to be a cup holder like showed on the picture that was a little disappointing but I really like the chair a smooth ride and the seat belt was a excellent idea! And the value was very good. 😊
