    Seek Optics is a family-owned business in Coal Country Pennsylvania. We started as an online reseller of luxury eyewear in 2008, but as we grew, we realized that our core beliefs conflicted with the brand mindset. The “brand” business model was to create the necessity to always buy new sunglasses. We witnessed eyewear thrown away for a scratched lens or a missing screw. Warranty claims were difficult and parts were hard to source.
    In 2013, we decided we had enough and decided to do things differently. Since then we have helped save hundreds of thousands of sunglasses from the landfill by giving you the tools to repair the sunglasses you love.

    This was an interesting experience. The shipment was delayed because the lens template needed to be replaced, but nobody told me until there was an issue with tracking, so I contacted them directly. They were responsive and took full accountability, which is not always the case in today’s climate! They sent the package quickly once the template was received. The customer service was quick to answer messages, and in the end, I got these very high quality lenses that look great in my frames. A+!

    This seller has Von Zipper Cletus lenses listed but doesn't actually have any. They took three days to contact me to tell me they didn't have these. Then they told me to send them my frames so they could measure them. Absolutely bonkers, bad business. Do not purchase from these people.

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The listing was outdated and has since been corrected. We reached out with a solution to custom-make the lenses using your frame, not to cause frustration. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve.

    Lenses were to replace damaged ones. Fit frames fine but did not have the Ray-Ban decal. Description stated images of are for color reference, not the actual images. Better if it clearly stated, "brand decal not included". I have since ordered the decal from another seller. Also, emailed seller about expedited delivery to receive before vacation & was assured I would have them in time. Lenses arrived 3 days after the date I needed them.
