  Seller contacted me, the buyer, and refunded my payment for the item. And the seller said that the item shipped to me was a mistake and desired to reconcile the transaction. Refund was made in timely manner and I am completely satisfied. This resolution was initiated by the seller after my original dissatisfaction. I am very satisfied and would conduct another transaction with the seller if and when any item fits my interests in the future.

  I bought this bag thinking it was a Sequoia bag like I had bought in the past. When it arrived I realized it was much smaller than I expected. Upon contacting the seller she explained there were two sizes for the Sequoia bag. She agreed to accept a return of the purse which is what I requested. She was very pleasant and apologized for the size confusion. I will try to do business with her in the future. I recommend this seller because she will make things right!

  Great communication. Arrived on time. Item as described had it authenticated & it was in fact authentic. So I must add seller is truthful which is a big plus!! I would buy from this seller again.

  Item was lost by the post office…I did not receive the item…but seller offered refund before I realized there was an issue..we waited a few more days with the hope they would be in…seller gave full refund
