    Great communication and package arrived with no issues and sooner than expected. Provided tracking so I could chase if needed. Also issues a prompt refund due to a mistake on my part with shipping address.     Perfectly described, excellent quality and value. Superb communication and quick dispatch and delivery. Step-by-step notified dispatch and delivery status provided. Seller was let down by courier company, but organised a replacement to be sent out. Sell responses during this period exceeded all expectations and comes very highly recommended. Many thanks.

    𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙞𝙩. Person running SecondSpinDeals Ltd seemed unaware and said they are not in the UK. With Esprit Warehousing Ltd providing fulfilment, seller may never have handled item. No issue with return. Listing had no reference to item’s North American plug and showed Amazon FNSKU label on box. Item received had original Chinese label uncovered. 两相插头 means Two-Phase Plug, not Two-Pin Plug. If 110V-only is correct, charger could be dangerous used with a travel adaptor in the UK.

    I got it and it was packed up really well and the book was protected and did get damaged and they posted it really quickly also the book is as described that is decent condition so it was value for money really and I have no problem with it
