  A Seller! Had an issue with the condition of the item received. The communication was a little slow between exchanges, but the seller did reply to most of my emails. All in all we were able to work out an agreeable solution to have my issues resolved, and I was made whole. I really appreciated them working with me.

  Worst seller I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. If you are looking for horrible packaged shipping, a broken or not working item and someone who lies trying to scam you, this is definitely the place to shop. I bought a brand new rim for my nephews basketball hoop and when it arrived it was missing 3 of the welded on net hooks. Seller lied and said it wasn't what they sent even after they saw the pics I sent. The pics of the rim they sent and my old one are attached below.

  Evidence shows this seller is a bold-faced liar. This seller shipped me a broken rim wrapped in 2 layers of strech wrap. I would highly recommend reading the feedback of this business before wasting your money. Here's a a couple gems they sent after they received my pictures. "Oh no" "Hi I just review the pictures, looks like the one you send wasn't mine, It was an old nest of your, our was new and never have this kind of problem."

  BAIT AND SWITCH. Advertised Genuine WEBER product, sent me a low quality, generic overseas made product AND it was for a Wrong Grill. Also shipped using wrong shipping method, so USPS charged me shipping difference. When contacted, seller was rude and dismissive and said its not his problem. He did accept return, but purposely wasted time accepting return and didnt process refund until ebay stepped in on the last day. SHADY business practice. READ OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS - they are SPOT ON!

  We would like to clarify a few important points. The product listed was accurately described, and we shipped exactly what was advertised. We made every effort to resolve this issue, including accepting the return and processing a refund. Unfortunately, this buyer used threatening language and attempted to manipulate the situation, even after we followed eBay policies and timelines. We take all customer concerns seriously, but we will not tolerate harassment or abuse.

  LIAR! I am still waiting on my refund for the shipping charge, and i showed you and ebay proof of that. Also any buyer can see that you advertised WEBER brand item, but showed photos of generic made in China item which doesn't even match the model # you listed. Clearly, you are DISHONEST, just after profits, and willing to LIE openly to make a buck. Not sure where you got your customer service training - SO MANY OTHER BUYERS CAN'T BE WRONG - READ THE FEEDBACK and BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
