  Truly awesome packing... super delicate electronic equipment, but arrived in perfect condition. No doubt the shipping box could have been dropped off the top of the Empire State building and landed on the sidewalk below without damage! Outstanding communications and a great price.   The item arrived as described, except the parcel company had broken the constant level device and the boiler, both made of glass. These parts are either too obsolete or too expensive to replace from Labstrong. The seller graciously refunded me the full amount, minus shipping costs, without asking me to return the item. Communication was prompt, and I would buy from the seller again without hesitation. All of the photos and description were accurate, and the package had lots of packing peanuts!
